So here it is our first blog post!

It’s been a busy few months for us getting back to normal(ish)!

We have moved kitchens and are now based in New Covent Garden Market Vauxhall in a shared kitchen space called Mission Kitchen. Its an amazing co-working space with great facilities and a strong community to boot. We are loving being immersed in a food community which is so positive and friendly. We have done a few events for them this month showcasing what we do so out fellow member can try out our food and its been great!

We have been busy with quite a few canapés events all over London and have spent the last few months developing and improving our canapés and snacks menu in particular. We have been endeavouring to find the best of the beautiful autumn and winter produce that we have been seeing at the market. We would love you to take a look and let us know what you think of our new menu! Don’t worry some of the FIRM favourites are still there, Arancini balls I am looking at you.
