We serve Organic wines that reflect the provenance of ingredients in our cooking. The following are the entry level wines we like to work with. If you’d like something more specialist, we work with several suppliers of delicious biodynamic wine and can create a more bespoke offering to suit your taste.

SPARKLING WINE
N.V. Dea Del Mare Prosecco, Extra Dry
Fully sparkling and very pale straw coloured. The nose shows aromas of golden delicious apples and sweet ripe pear. The palate is gentle, just off dry but with perfectly balanced acidity.
Pregadeu Brut Nature, 2021, Catalunya, Els Vignerons (Xarel-Lo)
A mineral wine, with an exceptional salinity and freshness, citrus and floral aromas, flint and fennel.
ROSÉ
Moulin De Gassac, ‘Reserve De Gassac Rosé’
Lively, vivid pink, with some salmon hints. Attractive, intense with hints of strawberry, full and round with touches of crushed red fruit.
WHITE
Les Betes Rousses Blanc, IGP Comte Tolosan (House White)
Pale lemon coloured with a floral nose showing lemon and pear aromas. The palate is medium bodied and refreshing, with good depth of apple and pear fruit flavours and a crisp dry finish.
Chateau Clement-Termes, ‘Les Petits Clement’ Cote Du Tarn Blanc
Ripe expression of Sauvignon with initial notes of white flower, then notes of passionfruit and blackcurrant and also nuances of chalk and flint. Light-to-medium-bodied in the mouth, crisp and refreshing, flowers and fruits again, and a medium-length finish.
Ciello, Terra Siciliana Bianco
Almost chalky and opaque, this unfiltered organic Catarratto has a wonderful nose of white grape juice, mouth-filling with notes of pink grapefruit and apple and a slight spiciness from the lees.
RED
Les Betes Rousses Rouge, Vin de France (House Red)
Ruby coloured with hints of spice and red berry on the nose.Well rounded and balanced, with gentle tannins.
Caminante Tempranillo
Bright purple colour. Nose of red fruits and a touch of bubble gum. Very soft, palate, juicy and approachable. Pair with lamb curries, duck, garlic mushrooms. This joven-style of wine is drunk all over the Basque country, particularly in the bars of Bilbao and Vittoria with an array of tapas.
Ciello, Terra Siciliana Rosso
Classic Nero d'Avola flavours of dark almost roasted fruits – think black cherries and red and dark plums. There's some liquorice and then the finish hints at coffee and bitter chocolate.
